These words all describe different actions you do with your fingers on a phone, tablet, or any touchscreen device.
To tap means to quickly touch the screen once, like pressing a button. To swipe is to slide your finger across the screen, often to change pages. You scroll by moving your finger up or down to see more information. To pinch means using two fingers (like your thumb and index finger) to zoom in or out on the screen.
